Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a SEMH provision in Northumberland (NE61), for a confident Behaviour Support Specalist. The role will require you to work alongside a class teacher to support learning, you may also be expected to work 1:1 with children across multiple year groups. If you have a passion for working with children or a background in challenging behaviours and you can reliably commute to Stockton, we would love to hear from you! The ideal candidate will be able to: Work effectively as part of a team within the classroom ensuring that all the children are looked after and learning from the taught content. Work 1:1 with children with SEN. Be confident in responding to challenging behaviours Work coherently with teachers in providing support for students. Have a passion for assisting students. Be enthusiastic and proactive in the classroom.. Promote and encourage independence and personal development.
