The Roles
* Fee Earners/Solicitors (Grade B+): Manage your own caseload and work on complex claims.
* Assistant Fee Earner (Grade C+): Support senior team members on high-impact cases.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Litigation Executive
* Experience in quantification of loss (e.g., serious injury, clinical negligence, industrial disease, or civil liberties)
* Strong drafting and analytical skills
* Exceptional client care, particularly when supporting vulnerable clients
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
