A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Project Management Officer has arisen with our prestigious client at their site in Gloucester Main description of the Job: A junior PMO (Project Management Officer) supporting senior project management officers by assisting with project planning, tracking, and execution (including Work, associated Costs and Risks), as well as assisting with administrative and analytical tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Project support: Assist Project Management Officers • Support the PMO in ensuring deliverables meet the requirements (schedule, budget and scope) and quality standards set by the team and company. • Support the Financial tracking: monitor and report on project finances, and assist with budget management, using Planisware. • Support the Risk Management activities in helping identifying Risks and associated mitigation, using the Risks Tools. • Support the preparation of project status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed. • Assist with other administrative duties to ensure smooth project operation. • Support the PMO in acting as a point of contact within the integrated project team and with the senior management, providing regular updates and ensuring integration.
