An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the NHS delivering occupational health services across a range of commercial customers. This role provides an excellent support network and development opportunities in house as part of the role. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter, currently working in the field of Occupational Health and who feel are ready for the next challenge, within a supportive team. This role encompasses the full range of occupational health duties across our customer sites, in addition to contract management, audit and supervision of junior staff members. This is not a hybrid working role and office based
We are looking for an occupational health nurse currently working within the field and who have extensive experience. OH qualification and on part 3 of the register is desirable.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Must have high level of specialist knowledge across a wide range of areas including policies, procedures, acts of parliament and legislation.
2. Must be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council as RGN/RMN accompanied by specialist qualification (OH nursing diploma/degree)
3. Must have good theoretical knowledge with significant amount of relevant occupational health experience
4. Evidence of ongoing training and continuing professional development relating to professional discipline
5. Possess a current valid driving licence
6. Evidence of Managerial/leadership training and/or experience
7. Influencing, negotiating skills
8. Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
9. An understanding of Audit Systems
10. Ability to manage own workload and that of others with the ability to plan, implement and evaluate work schedule
11. Good communication and interpersonal skills
12. IT skills/training
13. Ability to work well under pressure
14. Presentation skills
15. Evidence of knowledge or recognised training in Spirometry, Audiometry and the use of Vision Screening Equipment
16. Evidence of experience or recognised training in Venepuncture

This role will be based in Salus within Beckford St.
The working pattern for this role is - Monday - Friday 8.30 - 4.30pm
