A leading IT consultancy is looking to recruit a Cisco Lead Engineer, to lead a small team supporting a key end client in Luton and the South-west of England. You will be responsible for handling TOIP/Telephony and videoconferencing issues, project work and managing a small team.
Your role
* Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents
* Respond to specific hardware or application requests.
* Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects
* Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
* Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure.
* Management of local team and sharing of skills.
Your skills and experience
* Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip ...)
* Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan
* Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
* Good knowledge of SIP/H protocols and WAN/LAN and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus.
* Team Management/ People Skills.

* CCNA
* CCNP
* CCIE (preferred)
