This is a commercially focused role where you’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement and growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor across a range of HR matters, while helping to shape culture and support organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, conduct and absence matters.
* Coach and support managers to build capability and develop high‑performing teams.
* Lead and contribute to change, engagement and organisational development initiatives.
* Use people data and colleague feedback to drive informed decision‑making.
* Support talent attraction, succession planning and workforce development.
* Champion wellbeing, inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, policies and ways of working, including the use of technology and AI.
About You
* Experienced HR Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset.
* Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Skilled in managing complex people issues and organisational change.
* Data‑driven, proactive and solutions‑focused.
* Excellent communicator with strong coaching and relationship‑building skills.
* Passionate about creating great workplace cultures and employee experiences.
