We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a contractor who are looking for Painter and Decorator.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
* Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Mix and match colours to achieve desired shades and finishes.
* Communicate with clients to discuss their preferences and provide professional advice on colour schemes and design options.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary.
* Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the duration of projects. xsngvjr
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Painter and Decorator:
* Experience in residential properties
* Good social skills
* Good customer service
* Asbestos awareness certificate desired
* DBS check
* Drivers Licenses
* Qualifications desired
