An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Recruitment Team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice to join our small but busy team.
You will study for a Customer Service Level 2 qualification and attend virtual tutor classes with Birmingham Metropolitan College.
Your role will involve providing an effective administrative service to support the Recruitment Team and the wider HR function.
You need to be able to work in a busy environment, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines accurately.
The Recruitment Team is the first point of contact for candidates following interviews, supporting managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Main Duties
* Undertake administrative duties supporting the team.
* Act as the first point of contact for general recruitment queries.
* Provide cover for colleagues as needed.
* Deliver customer-focused services to users.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers hybrid working, combining home and site-based work at The Uffculme Centre or other agreed locations.
