Deputy Manager – Nursing Home (Hertfordshire)
Salary: £30,000 per annum + discretionary bonus
Location: On-site, Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established nursing home in the Hertfordshire area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in care home management. The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* A compassionate and resident-focused approach
* Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and the potential for a discretionary bonus.
