In this busy and exciting role you will work in a fast‑paced centralised recruitment team delivering approximately 4,000 hires per year. Working from home with office base at our Head Office in Leeds, this is a truly exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities
* Respond to all queries, emails, and telephone enquiries at Tier 1 & 2 levels for the HR Customer Service Centre for both external and internal customers.
* Provide a high standard of service to external and internal customers in accordance with company processes and procedures by undertaking specialist recruitment/HR customer service administration tasks.
* Maintain live vacancies on the applicant tracking system and ensure candidate records are kept up to date.
* Provide administration support to talent acquisition tasks (candidate uploads, event manager event creation and CV database searches).
* Set up telephone interviews and assessment centres/face‑to‑face interviews for candidates, ensuring exceptional engagement and maintaining confidentiality.
* Carry out telephone interviews for candidates at the correct allocated time following company processes, ensuring great candidate engagement and confidentiality.
* Manage assessment/interview outcomes (verbal offers and regrets) and ensure the system is fully updated and information is passed to the TA Administration team for contract and induction facilitation.
* Assist with any reasonable working duties and arrangements as requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager to support recruitment provision.
