Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join our highly regarded Residential Property team in Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the fee earners and ensuring the smooth progression of residential property matters. Your responsibilities will include:
 * Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
 * Preparing and submitting SDLT forms, handling Land Registry applications, and managing post-completion tasks.
 * Opening new client files and preparing initial documentation using the firm’s case management system.
 * Drafting Contracts for Sale and assisting in the management of sale and purchase files from instruction to completion.
 * Preparing completion statements, invoices, and client correspondence.
 * Reviewing searches, raising enquiries, and assisting in the preparation of reports to clients.
 * Supporting the wider Conveyancing team with administrative and case management tasks to ensure seamless client service delivery.
About You
We’re looking for an individual who is:
 * Experienced in a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Assistant role within a busy residential property team.
 * Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple cases simultaneously.
 * A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and a client-first mindset.
 * Proficient with legal case management systems and comfortable with digital workflows.
 * Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering a high standard of client care.
