What you’ll be doing
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen:
8. Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
9. Run sections and maintain high standards during service
10. Assist with menu development and daily specials
11. Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes
12. Support stock control, ordering, and GP awareness
13. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
What we’re looking for
14. Proven experience as a Chef in a quality kitchen environment
15. Strong background working with fresh, seasonal produce
16. Passion for food and creative flair
17. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
18. Excellent attention to detail and consistency
19. Own transport required
