Whether you’re a recent graduate or transitioning into finance, this role offers a solid foundation in day-to-day financial operations within a supportive business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records
* Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliations
* Contribute to monthly and year-end financial reporting
* Help manage business expenses, payroll entries, and related functions
* Assist with tax compliance, including VAT return submissions
* Perform regular ledger updates and bank reconciliations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Holds (or is working toward) a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
* Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) is a bonus
* Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Clear communicator with the ability to explain financial data effectively
