I am supporting a successful Cambridge technology business with a pivotal Head of Operations role designed to strengthen the link between strategic intent and operational delivery.
As the Head of Operations, you will work closely with the executive team to shape and deliver the operational strategy that underpins the company’s next stage of growth. You will lead a talented team spanning supply chain, logistics, customer service, repairs and compliance - ensuring each function works seamlessly to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
This is a role for a collaborative, commercially minded leader who thrives on driving improvement, empowering teams and creating clarity from complexity.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Set the operational direction and drive performance against key business goals
2. Lead and develop a team of 50+ across supply chain, order fulfilment, service and repairs
3. Manage contract manufacturers and global suppliers to ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are met
4. Oversee demand planning, logistics and stock management to support revenue growth
