We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent team - part of the wider People, Culture and Communications team. This is your chance to support the attraction, selection, and development of talent across a fast-paced and values-led organisation. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage recruitment campaigns across Commercial Services Group’s 33 diverse businesses. From strategic hires to volume campaigns, you will be the expert partner to hiring managers, delivering inclusive, consistent and engaging processes from start to finish. Key responsibilities of the role Run high-quality recruitment campaigns from briefing to offer Guide hiring managers through role design, candidate assessment, and selection Ensure a great candidate experience, aligned with our employer brand Deliver career consultations to support progression and internal mobility Engage with schools, colleges, and universities to promote early careers Maintain ATS data and use insight to improve outcomes Support wider talent projects and contribute to process improvements You will also: Deliver one-to-one internal career consultations to support employee development Contribute to youth outreach programmes and school engagement as part of our social value commitments Take part in projects such as ATS improvements, early careers recruitment and employer brand initiatives This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. It is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems and helping others grow.
