Position
Used Car Sales Executive – Autoselect team at our Newry site (Newry or Portadown premises).
Compensation & Hours
Competitive base salary with an opportunity to earn an uncapped salary of £50,000.
Core hours each week:
* Monday 8:45–5:30
* Tuesday 8:45–5:30 / 8:00 (one late night to 8:00 on Tuesday or Thursday)
* Wednesday 8:45–5:30
* Thursday 8:45–5:30 / 8:00 (one late night to 8:00 on Tuesday or Thursday)
* Friday 8:45–5:30
Alternate Saturday 9:00–3:00 (time in lieu to be taken the following month).
Role Summary
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service consistently, listening to and meeting customer needs, and keeping them informed throughout the sales process. You will also work towards targets in used vehicle sales, finance, insurance, paint protection and accessories.
Responsibilities
* Welcome inbound enquiries and manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
* Provide detailed information about vehicles, options and contract terms.
* Follow and update the company’s sales processes accurately.
* Achieve sales targets and maximize profit opportunities.
* Maintain an up‑to‑date and accurate file in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with finance, insurance and after‑sales teams as required.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum two years of car sales experience and one year of customer service/sales experience in a retail environment.
* Excellent IT skills for administration and CRM use.
* Strong ability to follow processes accurately.
* Valid driving licence.
