Were hiring a Content Manager to run the engine behind our SEO delivery for SaaS and e-commerce clients.
This is not a writing role.
Youll be managing strategists, systems, and execution.
What youll do
1. Oversee SEO Strategists (each handling multiple accounts)
2. Ensure all client work is on time, high quality, and aligned with revenue goals
3. Manage and maintain the central tracker (deadlines, phases, deliverables)
4. Review content plans and ensure they are commercially viable
5. Spot issues early and fix bottlenecks
6. Improve internal processes and workflows
7. Step in on client communication when needed
8. Make sure the procurement aligns with client contract
What were looking for
9. Strong understanding of SaaS / e-commerce SEO
10. Experience with commercial intent / revenue-driven content
11. Ability to quickly judge whats good vs bad
12. Highly organized, responsive, and accountable
13. Strong written communication skills
14. Comfortable using AI tools like Claude
