We are currently looking to recruit a Transport Administration Clerk to support a busy Transport Office in Northampton, Brackmills. This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to develop their career in transport or warehouse operations. Position: Transport Administration Clerk Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 Contract Type : Temp to Perm (Permanent opportunity available) Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour shift allowance overtime where applicable Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and timely transport records Briefing and debriefing drivers Act as a key point of contact within our Transport Office Process transport paperwork and input data into systems Support complaint resolution and general admin tasks Work collaboratively as part of the wider transport team Candidate Requirements Recent experience in a Transport Administration role is essential (12 months) Strong computer literacy (Excel, systems input, emails) Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and team-working mindset If you're interseted please apply with your CV below.
