Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords.Maintain detailed records of property inspections, maintenance activities, and tenant communications.The successful candidate:
Proven property management experience with strong leadership qualities.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
