Role Description
Connells is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Negotiator to join our on-site team based in Abingdon-On-Thames. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, provide valuations, and negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the branch.
Qualifications
* Experience in Estate Agency, including Sales and Lettings
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and negotiate effectively
* Good understanding of the property market and local area knowledge
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively or independently
* Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are a plus
