About the Project:
We're delivering a standout retail project in the heart of Cannock, and we need a sharp, organised, and tech-savvy Site Administrator to join our site team. This is a flagship project with high visibility and tight timelines—your work will be key to keeping things running smoothly.
Role Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage accurate digital documentation flow across all project stages
* Interface seamlessly with site and office teams to ensure timely access to documents
* Monitor compliance and support reporting using SmartWaste and Biosite systems
* Ensure all updates and changes are reflected correctly in Viewpoint
* Uphold quality standards in document management and assist audits when required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Administrator ideally on UK construction sites
* Hands-on knowledge of Viewpoint, SmartWaste, and Biosite
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
