You will assist classroom teachers with lesson planning, prepare resources, provide one-on-one or small group support, and observe/record developmental progress. Your responsibilities will include: contributing to planning, implementation and evaluation of the Early Years Foundation Stage developing and maintaining strong partnerships and communication with parents and carers facilitating day to day caring and early learning needs assisting the class teacher to organise and supervise practical activities through interacting with children and supporting their learning both inside and outside setting up and clearing away materials and equipment, ensuring equipment is safe and in a suitable condition and that areas are safe and tidy carrying out and keeping up to date records using an online early year's assessment tool assisting all children with their care, health and welfare, which may include intimate care participating in preparing and helping children grow with us and to be the best they can be reading, understanding and implementing all policies and procedures relevant to your role.
