The Senior Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality talent solutions within a defined sector. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing through to placement Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Identify and win new business opportunities through proactive business development Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, networking) Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery Negotiate offers and oversee the onboarding process Maintain accurate records using CRM/ATS systems Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate, acting as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the team Key Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or in a similar recruitment role (typically 3 years) Strong track record of billing and achieving targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset Key Skills & Competencies Business development & sales Candidate management Negotiation and influencing Time management & organisation Resilience and adaptability expected of a Senior Recruitment Consultant The salary for a Senior Recruitment Consultant is negotiable dependent on experience and an extremely competitive commission structure!
