Norse Cleaning Division is looking to recruit a Cleaning Area Supervisor to cover various cleaning contracts across Norwich / Great Yarmouth. This position requires you to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role
As the Cleaning Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated sites in your area meet customer satisfaction and contractual obligations. Your responsibilities include:
* Arranging the provision of cleaners to comply with relevant SLA/contract specifications and supporting external events as required.
* Ensuring all site-based staff understand and achieve objectives set by our customers in partnership with building management, and are fully aware of quality, performance, and administrative requirements.
* Training staff.
* Carrying out regular site monitoring visits and completing Health & Safety Reviews.
Our Successful Candidate
You should demonstrate some commercial experience within a cleaning environment and some experience supervising or leading staff, even if not within the industry. Additionally, you should:
* Be able to confidently engage with clients and the public.
* Have good organisational skills, capable of managing your own and others' workload.
* Have a keen eye for detail and maintain high customer service standards.
* Possess a full UK manual driving licence.
