* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team.
* Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
* Manage diaries and arrange meetings.
* Handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain the filing system and ensure all documents are stored securely.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist in the preparation of billing and invoicing.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
* A relevant qualification in legal studies or a related field.
* Proven experience working as a legal secretary
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
