Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager:
* As the Store Manager you will be a true brand ambassador and lead the team by example.
* You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the brand.
* Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
* Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
* Operationally, you will manage efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
* Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the retail market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
