About the Role
ANZUK Education is partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Rainham seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support pupils across KS1 or KS2, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences and foster a positive, high-achieving classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Curriculum Support: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Group Work: Lead small group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy to boost attainment.
* Resource Prep: Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and creative learning displays.
* Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Pupil Progress: Monitor and report on student engagement and progress to the class teacher.
* Holistic Support: Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development within the mainstream setting.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
* Be confident supporting pupils across the Primary phases (KS1/KS2).
* Demonstrate a proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to school life.
* Possess strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
* Show a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Be enthusiastic about encouraging children’s love for learning.
