AJ Chambers are working with forward-thinking and fast-growing accountancy firm in Chelmsford is looking for an Internal Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the firm’s internal finance processes—while also getting involved in wider office coordination and employee wellbeing initiatives.
About the firm:
This is a growing, modern accountancy practice with a team of around 25. Known for its supportive, down-to-earth culture, the firm offers real flexibility and places a strong emphasis on team wellbeing and personal development.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Daily bank reconciliations using Xero
* Credit control and supplier invoice processing
* Client invoicing and managing direct debits
* Confidential administrative support to Directors
* Overseeing staff wellbeing initiatives and organising team events
* Supervising an office Administrator
* General office coordination (ordering supplies, liaising with suppliers)
