My client is seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead the growth of the Social Housing Division across the North East. This is a key strategic role, aimed at unlocking new opportunities and increasing our presence in the social housing market — complementing the £30 million per annum we already deliver from this region across broader sectors. What You'll Be Doing * Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities within the social housing sector. * Building strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, and key stakeholders. * Working closely with our regional teams – including Divisional Director, Contract Managers, Surveyors, and Project Managers – to align business growth with operational capability. * Leveraging your market knowledge and network to position as a trusted delivery partner.
