Advert: Hain Celestial are currently recruiting for a Distribution Supervisor and a Distribution Deputy Supervisor at our Clitheroe site. In Clitheroe, we manufacture traditional hot puddings under our Farmhouse Fare brand, as well as our own private label puddings. The successful candidate will be successful in carrying and controlling daily distribution duties within the department, To report into the Senior Distribution Supervisor and follow any directive given.
Key Responsibilities / Accountability of the Role:
1. Ensure all load sheets are filled in correctly
2. Ensure stock sheets are filled in correctly
3. Ensure all paper work are printed correctly
4. Ensure that all distribution administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
5. Control staff rota ( hours, holidays ,sick)
6. Attend daily management meeting and provide update on dept
7. Liaise with production on a daily basis to ensure stock is ready for despatch on time
8. Liaise with delivery drivers when ready to load or unload their vehicles
9. Load and unload vehicles
10. Count and check stock
11. Effective team management
12. Support senior supervisor on managing the effluent plant
13. Deal with contractors
