Levene Property Consultants Limited are seeking an experienced RICS-registered valuer to join our Commercial Valuations team based at our offices in Woking, Surrey. The role will primarily focus on providing valuations for loan security purposes. This position would suit someone who is ambitious, seeking career growth, eager to build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing RICS Red Book valuations for loan security, taxation, litigation and general market appraisals of all asset classes.
* Conducting inspections, calculating floor and site areas, researching comparables, demographics, and planning, reviewing leases and agreements, and preparing valuations and development appraisals – primarily in the Home Counties and London area.
* Working alongside the Managing Director – providing advice and support to the wider valuations team.
* Identifying new business opportunities within the commercial valuation sector.
Candidate Qualifications
* Ambitious with a desire to develop their career and become an integral part of a developing and successful business.
* Experienced MRICS/FRICS chartered surveyor and registered valuer with strong business acumen.
* Able to identify new business opportunities.
* Eager to contribute to business growth and the development of efficient internal systems and processes.
* Willing to travel; a valid driving licence is essential.
