Qualification / Experience
Essential criteria
1. Registration on Part 1 or 12 of NMC Register (RGN or RN Adult)
2. Postgraduate qualification(s) in related Subject Degree in relevant subject
3. Evidence of ability to educate in practice Mentor/Clinical Assessor Course
4. Post-registration experience
5. Evidence of leading, motivating and supporting a team
6. Experience of delegating workload and monitoring progress
7. Experience of administering SACT including haematology and oncology chemotherapy regimes
Skills

8. Ability to provide leadership for the ward
9. Ability to accept responsibility
10. Decision making skills – clinical and non-clinical
11. Ability to performance mange team members where appropriate
12. Flexibility/Adaptability to be able to work across the Directorate as required to meet patient needs

19. Comprehensive applied Anatomy and Physiology for relevant area

24. Legal requirements relating to patients and staff
