We're proud to be representing a modern, independent-minded first opinion practice in the heart of Tunbridge Wells that's expanding its team due to growing caseload. This friendly and progressive clinic is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced team and help shape the future of the practice.
Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours, this is a supportive, forward-thinking environment where your development is truly encouraged. If you're confident with sole charge and looking for a new clinical home with variety and strong team culture-this could be the role for you.
What's on offer:
1. Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience
2. Flexible working options - full or part time
3. No out-of-hours work
4. 1 in 2 Saturdays only (9am-5pm) with time off in lieu
5. Modern practice facilities and a welcoming team of 4 Vets and 4 RVNs
6. Opportunity to pursue certificates in areas like surgery, imaging, medicine or cardiology
7. CPD fully supported and encouraged
