The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity now exists for a Commercial lawyer to join the UK legal team. The role will be varied and will focus on supply chain and distribution matters for a group of brands as well as retail matters including partnership arrangements with retail partners.
The role will work closely with the brand and marketing teams and will also encompass matters relating to competition, digital and logistics. The business is highly innovative and as a result, you will work with global teams in providing the necessary legal support for the manufacture and distribution of new products.
About You
The opportunity will be best suit a lawyer with strong commercial awareness, who is comfortable with variety as well as working directly with the business. You will need a broad commercial skill-set, ideally with knowledge of supply chain matters as well as Competition and IP. Previous in-house experience is highly regarded.
