Osborne Appointments have an exciting opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative with our client based in Magor with guaranteed hours.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be working for one of the UK’s leading food and drink wholesaler.
Warehouse Operative shifts:
Rotating shift - Any 5 out of 7 on a rota basis
* Week 1: 06:00am - 14:00pmWeek 2: 14:00pm - 22:00pm
* Pay: £14.13, Overtime: £21.20
*Please note the training for this role will be 06:00-14:00, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative:
* Pick orders accurately and efficiently using hand-held scanners
* Load picked items onto pallets, ensuring they are stacked securely and safely.
* Label pallets and prepare them for shipment.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work assignments.
Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center, particularly in order picking and pallet loading.
* Familiarity with using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures at all times
