Are you a hands-on Engineer with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have solid experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering, and a strong understanding of pump systems? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
What’s the role about?
As a Field Service Engineer at Grundfos, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and servicing our industry-leading pump systems. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’ll ensure our customers receive timely, professional support that keeps their systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Programing and optimizing our products to the customers’ requirements.
* Disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing pump systems
* Advising customers on system improvements and preventative solutions
* Handling service and warranty matters, with support from technical teams
* Preparing and submitting detailed service reports
* Supporting installations and commissioning projects
* Executing maintenance services under SLAs
* Providing feedback and input for repair quotations
* Continuously developing your technical skills and mastering service tools
* Promoting safety through hazard awareness and risk assessments
Qualifications
* Industry experience or a similar technical environment
* Strong knowledge of pump technology
* Technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering
* Experience with diesel engines (desirable)
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong time management
* Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
* A customer-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
* Digital literacy and familiarity with service tools and systems
