Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve as Clinic Director at a continuing care retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare.
As a Clinic Director, You Will Be Responsible For
* Overseeing care delivery in compliance with regulations
* Supporting care coordination through wellness visits, communication with providers and caregivers, and telehealth support
* Leading operational initiatives and implementing policies and programs
* Advising interdisciplinary care teams on treatment plans
* Maintaining professional and ethical standards
As an OT, You Will Be Responsible For
* Providing occupational therapy and wellness services to older adults
* Conducting assessments, planning treatments, and therapeutic interventions
* Contributing to program development and quality improvement
* Enhancing patients' functional well-being and satisfaction
Schedule & Benefits
Our clinics typically operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, but flexible scheduling is available. Ideal Candidate
Energetic, dedicated, and passionate about helping seniors. You should have completed an accredited OT program (new grads welcome), hold current state licensure, possess excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have a problem-solving mindset.

Compensation
$47.00 - $60.00 per hour
