We are supporting a market-leading contract caterer in the search for an experienced and confident Hospitality Manager to lead the hospitality operations at one of their flagship contracts—home to a international finance organisation.
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day hospitality operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional 5-star hospitality, fine dining, and corporate event services across three busy floors, supporting a professional community of 2,500 employees. Managing a team of 15, you will ensure every detail meets the highest standards of service, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead daily operations across hospitality, fine dining, and corporate events
2. Deliver a consistently high-end service experience in all client-facing areas
3. Manage & mentor a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring service excellence
4. Oversee all event planning and delivery, from PDRs to large-scale corporate functions
5. Work closely with the General Manager to manage costs, staffing, ordering, and service standards
6. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with senior clients
7. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
What We’re Looking For
8. Proven experience in high-end B&I contract catering in a corporate environment
9. Strong knowledge of fine dining and corporate events operations
10. A polished and client-centric approach with excellent communication skills
11. Calm, resilient, and highly organised under pressure and with great leadership skills
12. Passionate about hospitality, with an eye for detail and a desire to exceed expectations
