Sous Chef

We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, working shoulder to shoulder with the team and reporting to our Head Chef.
As a Sous Chef, you'll be working with a menu that is packed full of flavors and creativity, supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and leading the kitchen team in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, managing kitchen staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring timely and efficient service.
Minimum requirements include proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.
