Compliance Officer – The Regenda Group
Take part in delivering specialist compliance contracts, ensuring safety and statutory compliance for M&E systems.

* Office base: Liverpool city centre; hybrid working
Responsibilities
As a Compliance Officer, you will:
* Ensure delivery of specialist compliance contracts, including work order and certificate management, primarily in relation to M&E safety.
* Coordinate and monitor The Regenda Group’s Compliance Safety Services and perform critical duties to ensure smooth contract management of compliance services, reporting to the Compliance Servicing Manager.
* Support and own the discharge of remedial actions following a completed safety check or risk assessment, whilst ensuring operational orders are managed effectively through to completion within target times.
* Own and maintain accurate reports and documentation, providing clear, concise analysis and interpretation of data.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a property compliance role, preferably M&E Safety.
* Significant experience in administrative and customer service roles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Awareness of Risk Management.
* Budgetary awareness and performance reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to work as part of a team.
* Methodical, flexible approach with a positive attitude to work.
* Ability to work under own initiative, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience using a computerised Housing Management Database or similar.
