As the Head of Marketing at Cartwright & Butler, you will be pivotal to our mission to be the go-to British brand for teatime luxuries and seriously delicious gifts. You will be responsible for driving and supporting significant growth across multiple market channels, building a consistent brand presence in-market and supporting a high-volume NPD engine.
Core role objectives
Support double-digit revenue growth within core national and global travel retailers (including online retail channels) through joint promotional partnerships and high-impact marketing campaigns
Build our international market presence and optimise sales conversion
Grow the corporate gifting sector through a robust lead generation, nurture and sales support engine
Grow our DTC e-commerce channel optimising profitability and leveraging our consumer site to build brand presence
Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and 12-month rolling marketing activity plans by sector
