Honeycomb is pleased to partner with the Western Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 3 Administrative Assistant to join the Finance Team. This is a temporary, part-time position for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension. The Organisation This role is based within the Finance Department at the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen. The Role Provide high-quality administrative support to the Access to Healthcare Manager. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external organisations regarding healthcare access and the recovery of costs from private or paying patients. The Person Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident user of Microsoft Excel. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop new skills. Capable of managing workload independently. Essential Criteria A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Desirable Experience Previous experience working within the Health and Social Care Trust.
