Responsibilities
* Provide a warm welcome to guests and manage guest arrivals, check-ins and check-outs with a focus on creating memorable moments.
* Ensure the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level, exuding patience and empathy.
* Work proactively with the front office team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

* Strong verbal communication skills
