About The Job
We are a luxury fragrance brand with manufacturing and distribution, based in the UK. We are looking to hire a Finance Manager with experience of managing the day-to-day finances and stock control.
The main purposes of the role will be to manage and coordinate stock, prepare and maintain financial records & statements, and provide up to the minute reporting to a dynamic and fast-moving sales team.
Accounting responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and forecasts
* Managing and coordinating small accounts, sales order processing and logistics team
* Adhoc reporting as required by Company Management
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable (including credit control).
* Bank Reconciliation
* Manage Internal expenses, and the introduction of procedures to ensure all expenses are authorised and captured into the accounts.
The main purpose of the stock control role is to ensure there is accuracy across inventory records and to manage the flow of goods to clients.
Stock control responsibilities:
1. Organising and management of stock counts and reports
