Salary: £49,934 - £55,482
Full time / 35 hours per week / Permanent
Agile working with 3 Days per week in the Office
(Fully office-based throughout the training period)

The Role
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a strategic impact? Southway Housing is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to drive performance, embed our values, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting the delivery of our People and Culture Strategy.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, policy, and change management.
* Lead and support HR initiatives, including talent management, organisational development, and cultural transformation.
* Use HR analytics to inform decision-making and evaluate people strategies.
About you:
* Chartered CIPD (or equivalent) or relevant professional experience.
* Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within housing, public sector, or not-for-profit environments.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and project management skills.
* Passion for inclusion, diversity, and making a positive impact.
