Are you an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for a unique opportunity to establish and develop a new department? This role offers the chance to be the first dedicated family law fee earner at this successful Exeter branch, with a strong pipeline of work already in place.

Your Role:

1. Launch & grow the family law division in the Exeter office
2. Manage an existing caseload of privately funded family law matters
3. Handle divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial disputes, cohabitation & nuptial agreements
4. Represent clients in family court proceedings, including financial remedy hearings, injunctive proceedings and child arrangement disputes
