~100% on site at Bathgate, Scotland Our Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent’s European clinical supply services network. The facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors’ studies throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, including clinical supply management, FastChain® demand-led supply, clinical-scale commercial packaging, and QP release services. You will play a key part in supporting our Supply Chain Excellence and promoting Catalent’s values and environmental initiatives. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address billing issues.
~ Coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely payments and respond to vendor inquiries.
~ Cleanse historical purchase order data and raise supply chain purchased orders as needed.
~ Support vendor onboarding with Global Procurement and Contracts Admin.
~ Provide short-term cover for Materials Planner when required.
~ Skilled in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.
