We’re hiring an assistant head of F&B to support and drive food & beverage operations at one of the UK’s busiest and most exciting live event venues. This brand-new role has been created as the events side of the business expands, introducing tailored F&B offerings and experiences for major artists and live acts.
Working closely with the Head of F&B, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage key relationships, and help shape strategy across retail catering. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing innovative, efficient, guest-first service across a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Concessions with strategy and operations
* Liaise with key clients (e.g. event organisers, promoters, major stakeholders)
* Oversee P&L performance across events
* Manage transformational projects
* Deliver efficient, guest-focused food & beverage services on major event days
* Lead cross-functional coordination across operations, culinary, and logistics
What Works Well in This Role:
* Senior leadership in large-scale events, hospitality, or high-volume catering
* Hands on approach, when needed
* Experience stadiums, or arenas or high volume pus/restaurants
* A background in managing operational change and innovation
* Strength of character and high resilience in demanding environments
The Offer:
* £55,000–£60,000 salary
