Job title: Adobe Campaign Manager
We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Adobe Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, and Adobe Journey Optimizer for a futuristic role. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud tools, campaign automation, customer segmentation, and cross-channel orchestration. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, CRM, development, and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of personalized campaigns at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, execute, and monitor cross-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard.
* Develop and optimize real-time, personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer in conjunction with Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target.
* Utilize the Adobe Campaign Email Builder to create responsive, on-brand email templates and campaigns.
* Segment and target audiences using Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) and real-time data sources from Adobe Experience Cloud.
* Configure and debug workflows using Adobe Campaign Workflow Debugger, ensuring logic accuracy, data consistency, and campaign performance.
* Work with developers and engineers to integrate systems using Adobe Campaign APIs and coordinate data flows across marketing platforms.
* Leverage tools like Charles Proxy and Fiddler to troubleshoot delivery, data tracking, or campaign execution issues.
* Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, generating actionable insights to improve engagement, deliverability, and conversions.
* Ensure customer identity resolution and access management through Adobe IMS (Identity Management Services).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, analytics, data science, and creative to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
* Adhere to compliance and privacy policies, ensuring all data handling aligns with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 4–7 years of experience managing multi-channel campaigns in Adobe Campaign (Classic & Standard).
* Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Target for customer journey design and personalization.
* Proficiency in building and managing workflows using Adobe Campaign Workflow Debugger.
* Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Campaign APIs for integration and automation purposes.
* Strong experience with Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) for segmentation and targeting.
* Comfortable using debugging tools like Charles Proxy and Fiddler to troubleshoot issues.
* Working knowledge of Adobe IMS (Identity Management Services) for authentication and access control.
* Deep understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and performance optimization.
* Ability to manage campaign timelines, QA processes, and stakeholder communications.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
* Experience working in a data-rich environment with complex customer segmentation.
* Familiarity with customer data infrastructure and real-time event-based marketing.
* Understanding of marketing compliance and data governance best practices.
