The Role: The Engineering Team Lead will provide both technical and people leadership, guiding a cross-functional team of engineers while remaining hands-on with complex technical challenges. The Engineering Team Lead will work closely with senior leadership to shape technical direction, deliver high-quality software, and support the continued scale of products and platforms. This role suits an experienced technical leader ready to step into broader ownership and people management responsibilities.
